What Is Soaking?

Soaking is an intentional intimate time spent resting in the Lord's presence.  This time can be spent with anointed music playing to still our minds, it is a time to settle, relax, and focus on God and His Love.

Soaking is NOT trying to make something happen in your own mind.  It is NOT a form of New Age meditation.  It is NOT hypnosis.  It is spending time with our Lord and allowing the Holy Spirit to move in our lives.

Why Soaking?  Soaking allows us a time of worship and intimacy with our Heavenly Father.  It allows us to experience Him in a personal and intimate manner.  It is a time to allow the Holy Spirit to show up and let Him minister peace, healing, affection, strength, revelation and restoration in our life.

Many individuals find it helpful to journal following a time of soaking. Many times God reveals affirmations, affection and revelations to us during these time of soaking.  Journaling helps to write these down allowing you to go back later.

Soaking takes an individual deep into the heart of God.   This is where healing is.  This is where unconditional LOVE is.  I pray that you will enjoy this time of Holy Spirit Refreshing as you surrender to His Healing Presence.
